Ki Gong - Energy Work
Ki Gong is a system of movements that stimulate the mind, body and spirit. Ki is the energy that moves through the body. Gong is the method of balancing the energy in your body to improve health and wellness. Ki Gong is an ancient healing art and is available to all people regardless of age or physical condition. Ki Gong can increase flexibility, metabolism and circulation. It can improve balance, muscle and respiratory control as well as reduce stress. Ki Gong is a gentle form of exercise and can be done standing or sitting.
Online Classes, Monday-Friday 7:30-8:00AM PST
Join us online for a 25-minute guided session of breath work and movement for all. These session are non-strenuous and close with a brief meditation. Participants can stand or sit during class. Class is donation-based, with a recommended donation of $5.

Once a month we offer an hour long focused workshop. The workshops cover theory, philosophy, martial and medical ki gong. The sessions include presentation, practice and discussion. These workshops are $15. All time zones welcome.
